Every piece we build is made to order, just for you. Here's how it works — from first idea to the day it arrives home.
Pick from our fabrics and wood finishes to make the piece yours. We'll send up to 5 free samples so you can see the colors and feel the textures in your own home before you decide.
01 · Reach Out
Reach out with the piece you like and a little about your space — size, style, how you'll use it. Not sure yet? That's fine. Send us a note and we'll help you figure it out.
02 · Choose Materials
Your piece is crafted to order in our Maiden, NC shop — kiln-dried hardwood frame, 8-way hand-tied springs, built the way furniture is meant to last. Once it's ready, we inspect every piece before it leaves and bring it to you. 
03 · Approve & Quote
We'll go over the dimensions, options, and pricing so everything's clear up front — no surprises. Once it's approved, your order goes into the shop.
04 · Built & Delivered

Customization & Warranty

  • Every piece we build is made to order, which means it's made for you. Nothing leaves our shop until it's built to your specifications.

    Choose your fabric. Select from our full range of fabrics, including performance options and a custom color choice. Request up to 5 free samples to see and feel them in your own space before you decide.

    Choose your wood finish. Pick the finish that fits your room — Cherry, Espresso, Driftwood, or Jetson — to complete the look of your piece.

    Make it fit your space. Many of our pieces can be adjusted to suit your room and how you'll use them. If you have a specific size or modification in mind, tell us in your quote request and we'll let you know what's possible.

    All of our Signature Series designs carry a lifetime warranty on frames and coils.
